Two students from Taiwan. A network of partners from Jakarta to Jiangsu. A roadmap built on honest sponsorship, public research, and operational partners — not on paper promises.
We met through NTHU's residential college and incubator — one trained in industrial engineering and operations, the other in AI and software systems. The combination matters: All Good Vision is not a clinical product, and it is not a pure tech product. It is an operations problem wrapped in a consumer-facing interface, and it needs both muscles to work.
Preliminary collaboration with a certified eyewear manufacturer for standardized three-frame · one-lens production — ISO 10342 / ANSI Z80.1 compliant at unit cost below $4.
Established partner logistics in the Jakarta metro, with a primary pilot partnership via the Gojek driver network — direct subsidy + delivery in the same flow.
In-country legal review of import, medical-adjacent product classification, and consumer protection — localizing the compliance surface before we ship a single pair.
Local community advocate focused on child welfare and school-age vision screening — our bridge into pilot cohorts where the educational impact of correction is highest.
Six-strong student volunteer cohort from NTHU — field testing, in-Taiwan prototype screening, translation, and accompanying the first Indonesia deployment.
Institutional home for the project — research mentorship, cross-disciplinary advisors, and a physical base for prototype iteration and team workspace.
We separate confirmed, in discussion, and prospective support — because a sponsorship listed next to a logo on a slide is not the same as a wire transfer. The list below is what it actually is: a pipeline.
| Organization | Amount | Category | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| NSTC · National Science & Technology Council (TW) | $950 | Research sponsorship | Confirmed |
| FLYING HIGH | $1,588 | Project grant | Confirmed |
| TEX YEAR | — | Materials / in-kind | Pending |
| NIKE | $60,000 | Corporate partnership | Confirmed |
| adidas | $100,000 | Corporate partnership | Confirmed |
| Panasonic | $200,000 | Corporate partnership | Confirmed |
Confirmed = signed / received. In discussion = active conversation. Prospective = target / pipeline, not yet contacted-and-closed. We update this on every pitch.
This is not a product pitch that asks you to trust us. The prevalence numbers, the education effect, the productivity multiplier, the road-safety reduction — each is drawn from published research, WHO / World Bank reports, or randomized trials. Here is the full bibliography.

If you run a logistics network in Southeast Asia, operate a retail eyewear business, fund early-stage social ventures, sit on an NGO board, or just think we've gotten something meaningfully wrong — please write. The mistake we fear most is the one nobody warned us about before July.
This site is the public face of All Good Vision. If you received a private investor-deck link, the numeric appendix lives there.
